Where It All Began
From One Dreamer to Thousands — The Journey of Swapna
Swapna began when a young boy’s dream of becoming a cricketer shattered due to injuries. Instead of giving up, he chose to support the little dreamers living in the slums of Lucknow. He motivated his friends to join him in visiting a slum near Nishatganj to teach the children, offering them treats like samosas and Frooti as rewards. They gave one hour each day to impart basic education, values, and confidence. They shared their journey on social media, inspiring more youth to join. What began with a few friends has now grown into a movement of six causes and 5000+ volunteers across 15+ cities, with one single aim of fulfilling dreams and spreading smiles.

Achyut Tripathi
Achyut Tripathi is the Founder of Swapna Foundation, a youth-driven movement dedicated to social welfare, leadership development, and nation-building. Known for his visionary approach to engaging young minds, he has led impactful initiatives in education, environment, policy dialogues, community upliftment, and youth empowerment. His leadership has connected thousands of young people across India to opportunities for learning, volunteering, and public participation. With a mission to inspire a generation of responsible citizens, Achyut leads Swapna as a platform that transforms ideas into action and action into meaningful impact.
